SUMMARY:Biosecurity Training: Implementing Plant Protection Programs Workshop
DESCRIPTION:NGIA has teamed up with the Northern Territory Government\, and the Commonwealth Department of Agriculture (DoA)\, to deliver 7 plant protection and biosecurity workshops across Northern Australia.  \nNGIA will deliver nursery industry group engagement through Northern Australia Biosecurity Training workshops covering on-farm plant protection and biosecurity information and resources available to industry including the on-farm plant protection and biosecurity program\, BioSecure HACCP\, procedures and processes.  Attending these workshops will be a crop monitoring specialist to co-present with NGIA’s extension consultant covering the practicalities of crop monitoring in intensive plant production systems.  Workshops will be held in Mackay 3rd September\, Townsville 4th September and Cairns on the 5th September.  \nREGISTER HERE – Registration is essential with forms available for each workshop
