Membership Terms & Conditions: (a) These packages apply to new members only. (b) Membership is at the sole discretion of GIQ. Members must adhere to our membership code of ethics. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your membership but if we do we will inform you in writing. (c) Membership is for 12 months from the date of joining. You can cancel your membership by notifying us in writing, but we offer no refunds if you cancel mid-term. (d) A one-off $90 join fee applies upon joining + GST. (e) From time to time we alter our membership services, so we make no representation that the services offered will continue to be provided. (f) The advice we offer or facilitate is general in nature and should not be relied on as legal advice. (g) Third party services included in membership may be subject to other terms and conditions. (h) We are not liable for any damage suffered by any person in relation to third-party products or services. (i) Prices listed here do not include GST. (j) Fair use policy applies.
