Stallholder and exhibitor applications are now open for the 2026 Queensland Garden Show, with a refreshed event layout and a strengthened horticultural focus set to enhance the experience for participants and visitors alike.
For 2026, a series of refinements has been introduced to reinforce the gardening foundations of the show and ensure greenlife stallholders remain central to the event.
A Renewed Focus for 2026
The pricing structure has been reviewed and streamlined with minimal adjustments for the year ahead, ensuring it remains fair and supportive of nursery exhibitors.
A range of improvements has also been planned for 2026, including:
-
Removal of the large marquee structure in the centre of the oval, making way for a premium main speaker stage and covered seating area. Stallholders previously located in the marquee will be offered alternative site options (see site plan below).
-
A combined Kitchen Garden Stage and Cook’s Stage, creating a larger demonstration area within the Giant Kitchen Garden.
-
Enhancements to the Kids Zone near the Poultry display area.
-
Potential replacement of the amusement area with sports-based promotional activities featuring key talent.
-
A review of the number and placement of presentation stages, with a likely reduction in non-garden-related market stalls.
-
Exploration of Sunday as a dedicated Locals Day, including discounted entry with appropriate ID.
-
Increased targeted marketing activity, particularly toward the drive-market audience.
-
Investigation into additional parking options.
To support the delivery of these enhancements, TLC Events Co. has been appointed to manage the 2026 Queensland Garden Show.
