The Fair Work Commission has announced a 3.5% increase to the National Minimum Wage and minimum pay rates under modern awards, including the Nursery Award. This increase applies from the first full pay period starting on or after 1 July 2025.

The Nursery Award Pay Guide, and all other pay guides, have been updated as of 25 June 2025 to reflect these changes. Access the latest version of your award on the List of awards page.

Also taking effect on 1 July 2025 is the scheduled 0.5% increase to the Superannuation Guarantee, rising from 11.5% to 12%.
