The Official Expo Opening Ceremony will take place at 8:15am on Tuesday 29 July.
All exhibitors are invited to the free Exhibitor Networking Function sponsored by Quality Plastic Products, 5:30pm Monday 28 July at The Ocean Room, Sea World Resort.
EXPO SPOTLIGHT is a showcase display area which will feature NEW plant releases from March 2024 along with BEST products and services at Green Expo. This year, the winner will be chosen by a panel of judges for Best of Expo and Best New Product / Service. Display Awards will be people’s choice.

Please remember to bring a Hi-Vis safety vest, it is a requirement that hi-vis vests are worn for bump in and bump out.
Access to the loading dock will close at 3.00pm, after this time access to the hall will only be through the front and rear doors.
There is one entrance and exit to access the loading dock, please be mindful to allow room for trucks to exit.
Truck parking is available at the Gold Coast Turf Club and Event Centre overnight, this carpark is not locked therefore has 24 hour access. Please refer to the map above.
Please park trucks at the back of the car park in the designated zone.
Bump-in and out times will be strictly followed. The loading dock will close at 3.00pm during bump-in.
All stock must remain on stands until 1.00pm Wednesday 30 July. Exhibitors will not dismantle their stands before Buyers have departed.
Nursery Trolleys will be available during bump in and bump out. They are the property of GIQ and a shared resource for all exhibitors so should not be left unattended for any period of time. Trolleys will need to be collected and returned to the shipping container located in the loading dock.
There will be a forklift and driver available and one electric pallet jack in the loading dock for any exhibitors that require assistance unloading on Monday and reloading on Wednesday. Please liaise with the loading dock marshal on arrival if you do require forklift service.

Plastic Underlay is required on all stands with plants, pine bark or similar. The carpet floor surface must be protected and it remains the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange plastic underlay where required.
Name tags will be produced for all exhibitors to wear during the Green Expo so please advise ALL staff who will be working on your display stand. An Exhibitor Pack will be available on site for collection from the Green Expo Registration Desk in foyer during bump in from 11.00am on Monday 28 July that contains Exhibitor lanyards.
On bump-in day only water will be available, however during event days we have arranged for plenty of food trucks including coffee and fresh juices in the outdoor area.
There will be no food available at the Turf Club for bump in.
Exhibitors are in charge of clearing out all rubbish and materials from their booths. If the booth is not clean, there will be a $300 minimum cleaning cost. Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning, damage, or stain removal. Please make sure a GIQ employee inspects your stand before you leave on Wednesday, July 30th, to confirm there isn’t a cleaning charge.
GIQ staff will be available during the event, please feel free to look for us. In case we are busy with assisting other exhibitors/visitors please come to the reception desk.
