Greenlife Industry Queensland is a not-for-profit company, limited by guarantee, meaning we are owned and operated by our members, for the benefit of our members.

About Our Constitution

Our constitution sets out the objects of the association, which can be summarised as:

  1. Increasing member profits by promoting their business activities
  2. Creating networking opportunities for members
  3. Providing industry education and training
  4. Delivering member services and programs
  5. Helping members with workplace health & safety and industrial relations
  6. Run government-funded programs
  7. Manage the association’s assets
  8. Partner or amalgamate with other entities

A number of by-laws complement the Constitution, detailing how members should conduct themselves, application procedures, membership categories and board processes. 

2025 Annual General Meeting

It’s our pleasure to invite GIQ Members to the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Greenlife Industry Qld Limited which will be held on Friday 14 November 2025 at 1:00pm

At the meeting, members will receive and consider:

Members Code of Conduct

  • Members should carry out business dealings in accordance with professional and technical standards accepted in the industry at the time.
  • Members should act honestly when dealing with other members and the public.
  • Members should be fair and not let discrimination or prejudice enter into their dealings with others.
  • Members must comply with Commonwealth law and the law of the relevant State or Territory.
  • Members should conduct themselves in a manner consistent with this Code and refrain from any conduct that could discredit the Greenlife Industry Qld, Greenlife Industry Australia or the industry.
  • At all stages, members must respect the confidentiality of information and advice received from the Greenlife Industry Qld and the public.
